My plants were over half metre high, so twice the height of yours and probably more mature cause the climate in my part of Slovenia might be warmer than yours. It is interesting that immature whole plants (without any flowers or even buds) gave almost the same colour as the one you obtained from flowers only. <br />Not the surprising colour yopu got but a nice experiment anyway.Ladkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06804899281049209727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266388920813232236.post-61258750325462117272009-05-21T17:53:59.704+01:002009-05-21T17:53:59.704+01:00Thanks Alison -very kind of you.:)Thanks Alison -very kind of you.:)Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05597640040480685246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266388920813232236.post-41550140021365537852009-05-21T11:47:28.234+01:002009-05-21T11:47:28.234+01:00Hi Helen

I dug around the patch with a spade to cut the roots of this spring and then a fork to remove errant roots. However, I love the flowers and I love the yellow colour it gives.Dorothyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06488670649558382921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266388920813232236.post-11924541162070042582009-05-14T19:30:00.000+01:002009-05-14T19:30:00.000+01:00I would love to see the colour you get from it. Hope it gives the same interesting colour on my Jezersko-solĨavska ovca wool.Ladkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06804899281049209727noreply@blogger.com
