Bees and Butterflies in the Dye Garden

Hooray for Dye Plants!

The number of bees and butterflies have been increasing recently both bumble and honey.  Today for the first time I heard a real buzzing in the dye garden.  And I saw a dozen  butterflies mostly variations on white butterflies but still..............................................................!

    1. Hi Kathy nice to hear from you. I love the buzz of bees and butterflies flitteringa round but here we were really worried as we had such an appalling early summmer after a hot spring that we thought butteflies would be at risk. Thee certainly seemed to be none around. People keeping bees hae reported bees being hungry so it is especially good seeing the honey bees
